Assoc. Prof Dr. Roland vanOostveen

Roland van Oostveen is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (OntarioTechU). In 2015 he became director of the Educational Informatics Laboratory (https://eilab.ca). In his current research, he examines the role of digital technology competencies in learning and the development of open online learning environments. Roland received his PhD in curriculum teaching and learning from the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) in 2005.
