The German regional daily newspaper Volksstimme featured TECHSIGHT in its weekend edition of 26–27 September 2026. Under the headline “Think Globally, Start Up Locally,” Laura Naujoks explores how the European project at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences supports technology-based entrepreneurship and connects students internationally.
The article highlights experiences from a pilot course involving around 170 participants. It shows how students identify technology trends, develop business ideas and consider international markets from the outset—with Saxony-Anhalt as a potential base for launching a business.
Based in Magdeburg, Volksstimme serves northern and central Saxony-Anhalt, a federal state in Germany. Across its 18 local editions, it reaches approximately 372,000 readers, according to its advertising sales partner, Media Mitteldeutschland. The coverage introduces TECHSIGHT to audiences beyond the university community and shows the relevance of European collaboration to innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.
