F\u00fcr die Studierenden wurden Lernsituationen geschaffen, die der Realit\u00e4t virtueller Zusammenarbeit in globalisierten Unternehmen nahe kommen, die Medienkompetenz f\u00f6rdern und die gleichwohl einen akademischen Anspruch verfolgen. Daraus werden Erkenntnisse zur Wirkung und Funktion von verschiedenen Online oder medial unterst\u00fctzten Lernszenarien (z.B. Fallstudie, Peer Review, Spielbasierte Methoden) f\u00fcr verschiedene Studierendengruppen gewonnen und die Lernszenarien mithilfe von Medienunterst\u00fctzung weiterentwickelt.
