Lisa Brand from subproject A (Otto von Guericke University) and Veronika Wei\u00df from subproject C (Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences) will address the opportunities and obstacles of digitization in school-based training for nursing and health care professions from the perspective of learners and instructors.<\/p>\n<p\n\n\n\n\n<p>The study is based on the results of a qualitative survey using problem-centered interviews with practical instructors at teaching hospitals and nursing facilities as well as with teachers at educational institutions. The content-analytical procedures of inductive category development and type-forming structuring according to Mayring resulted in both a category system concerning the attitudes, attitudes and assessment of opportunities and risks from the point of view of the practice supervisors and teaching staff and a case-oriented typification of the interviewees. These are combined with results from a quantitative survey on the digital competence of trainees in the health and care sector using the Digital Competency Profiler (DCP). The DCP maps competencies based on a self-assessment along four competency domains (technical, informational, social, epistemological) and provides insights into which actions are performed frequently and confidently by trainees, and with which activities there are few or no points of contact and experience.<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties can register via the BBFK website.
