Ziel des Projektes ist die digitale Unterst\u00fctzung und Weiterentwicklung der Hochschulbildung im Land Sachsen-Anhalt an allen Hochschulstandorten.<br \/>\nIhr Arbeitsgebiet ist hierbei die bedarfsorientierte Entwicklung und Durchf\u00fchrung von Weiterbildungsangeboten zu Lehr-Lernszenarien und digitalen Medien. Mit ihrem bildungstheoretischen Hintergrund ist sie f\u00fcr die Entwicklung aufbauender Online-Qualifizierungsangebote f\u00fcr Lehrende zust\u00e4ndig. Nadine studierte an der Otto-von-Guericke-Universit\u00e4t Magdeburg \u201eMedienbildung \u2013 Audiovisuelle Kultur und Kommunikation\u201c (B.A.\/M.A.) und betreute im Rahmen ihres Studiums diverse medienp\u00e4dagogische Projekte. Ihr Auslandssemester verbrachte sie an der Universidad del Atl\u00e1ntico in Barranquilla, Kolumbien. Nach ihrem Studium arbeitete sie am Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Fabrikbetrieb und -automatisierung und wechselte danach zur Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal.
