Assoc. Prof Dr. Roland vanOostveen

Roland van Oostveen is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT). In 2015, he became Director of the Educational Informatics Laboratory (EILAB). His current research investigates the role of digital technology competencies in learning, and the development of open online learning environments. Roland holds a PhD (2005) Ph.D. in Curriculum Teaching and Learning from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto.
